We send out a Newsletter around the first of each month. It contains links to the most recent and most destructive viruses. This information is from reliable sources, not some email hoax. We also have links to recent hoax information. The next time you receive an email asking you to forward it to everyone you know, you can look for it under hoaxes. And probably find it. There are also a great number of virus hoaxes which never seem to stop. There is also information on these hoaxes on the hoax link.

We also receive early email notifications of serious virus alerts. These emails come from several reliable sources. When we receive one of these notifications, we immediately forward it to our newsletter subscribers.

We are affiliated with several merchants and occasionally get "head start" information on unbelievable deals. We bought a 1200 X 1200 dpi color printer for $29.99 after a $40 rebate. The same notification had a 600 X 600 dpi color printer for $40 with a $40 rebate, net = $0. This is the sort of deal we think we should forward.

No one hates "SPAM MAIL" worse than we do, so we don't just send out advertisements. We only send what we think are serious deals.

In November of 2000, we sent out (1) Virus Warning (NAVIDAD), and (0) "STEAL DEALS." We would like to have sent some, but we didn't see any deals worth your inconvenience. I would not expect to send out more than a couple of "Advertisement" type emails in a typical month.
